I’m a one-person studio, so you reach the person who made it.

Email plum@craftish.dev. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if something is broken, and a screenshot if you have one. I read everything.

Common questions

How much does Plum cost?

Nothing. Plum is free, with no subscription, no trial and no in-app purchases. Every feature is included, sharing too.

What happens to shared lists?

Everyone you share a list or kit with can use and edit it. There is nothing to pay on either side.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, at any time. Export any List or Kit as text from its ⋯ menu, or everything at once from Settings. Photos and locations stay in your iCloud.

Something isn’t working. How do I tell you?

In Plum, go to Settings → Help → Report a problem. It sends your message along with a technical log of what the app was doing, which makes bugs much easier to find. Your lists are not included. Leave an email if you’d like a reply, or write to the address above.

Can I bring in lists I already keep somewhere else?

Yes, three ways: paste any text, import from Apple Reminders, or send text to Plum from another app’s share sheet. All three are one-way and on demand, and none of them change or delete anything where it came from.

How does sharing work?

You share one specific list or kit, and everyone you share it with works from the same thing live. Nothing else in your account travels with it. You can stop sharing at any time.

Where is my data?

In your own iCloud account and on your devices. There is no Plum account and no Plum server holding your lists. See the privacy policy for what technical data does leave.

How do I delete everything?

Delete kits and lists in the app, or delete the app and remove its iCloud data from your device settings.

Which devices does Plum run on?

iPhone and iPad, on iOS 26 and later.

Something missing?

Feature requests are welcome and I do read them all, even when the answer is no. Plum is deliberately small, and keeping it that way sometimes means turning down good ideas. Send one anyway.
